The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, overseen by USCIS, provides qualified foreign investors a pathway to U.S. permanent residency through job-creating investments. By investing $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA)—such as many communities in Metro Atlanta—or $1,050,000 in non-TEA areas, investors can secure Green Cards for themselves, their spouses, and unmarried children under 21.
Each EB-5 investment must create at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs, which may include direct, indirect, and induced employment when structured through a Regional Center.
